Covered in color

Running has been a love hate relationship for me for the past 11 months.  I started to run because I wanted to find a work out that worked the full body, non-expensive and that help me distress.  I have tried all sorts of work out from the plain old gym to yoga to boxing and much more. Nothing seemed to work and nothing seemed to keep me wanting more until I found running. It has been the best form of exercise for me.  I started off from barely able to run a mile to being able to running 12 miles.  This month I had signed up for a 5k. I had never done a race before but I thought I need to start somewhere. So I did my first Run Or Dye 5k this past Saturday! It was an amazing experience that everyone should try. It made me wanting to do more races and it showed me that anything is possible if I set my mind to it.  If any of you have thought about doing a race but thought they couldn’t, think again, because any one can do it if they try!
